Women’s Sharing Circle

Traditionally, women would gather together in sisterhood to re-calibrate, incubate, dream, slow down and reconnect with themselves and each other. This kind of support is rare due to our fast-paced, competitive and high pressured lives. Often we can feel depleted after a lot of doing and giving to others and essentially losing touch with ourselves.
This is an opportunity to take off the titles of attentive mom, strong businesswoman, high-achieving student, dutiful wife, etc. And instead, slow time down and really connect with your unique womanhood with practices that enhance your life.
Each month has a theme for us to focus on.
May is to be announced.
The first circle of the month will be more sharing focused, the second circle of the month will be more activities focused. And, you can expect your deepest expression to be fully heard, enjoy partner activities to expand your self-awareness, receive self-care/love tips to take home, shared group experiences that invoke sisterhood, and a more meaningful perspective on what it means to be a woman in today’s society.
