When you access our website we identify the type of browser you are using. We do this to serve the best version of this website available. This information is saved on our server for the duration of your visit, and we need a cookie to link this information to your browser. That way we do not need to identify your browser every time you view a new page. When you leave the website, we delete the stored information.
Ironically the only long-term cookie we save on your computer, is the one used to remember your acceptance of these terms. This cookie is stored for 12 months and prevents the "Accept cookies" dialog from reappearing on every page, after you have accepted them.
We respect your privacy, because we want others to respect ours. We do not share any information with third parties or sell any information related to you or your use of our website. Any data you submit through this website will be stored securely on our server. Passwords and sensitive data will be stored in encrypted form. We will delete your data upon request.

The following conditions are valid for members of think.dk, starting from the 31st of August 2017. All prices, fees and other conditions that fall hereunder are always listed on our homepage.
Changes to prices, terms and conditions will be announced at least 1 month before they come into effect. Essential changes will be announced at minimum via our newsletter and on our homepage.
You can become a member of think.dk by registering online on our homepage or by signing up directly at the Center.
Your are responsible for keeping your contact data updated, during your whole membership at think.dk.
To become a member of think.dk, you have to be at least 15 years old. If you are below 18 years old, you will need to bring a parent to attend the signing of the membership form.
Payment for memberships
If you pay your membership via the Stripe option, subsequent payments are automatically withdrawn from your credit card.
With all other payment options, you are responsible for transferring the due amount every month.
Payment from someone else than the membership owner
If someone else is paying the membership fee on your behalf, make sure you clearly state the membership number with the payment.
If your membership fees are not paid, your membership will be blocked. This means you can not attend any events at the Center or use any services offered by think.dk.
think.dk reserves the right to charge the amount due through a lawyer or debt collection company, as well as report poorer payers to RKI (Ribers Credit Information), if deemed reasonable.
Your membership will be activated again, when your membership fees are paid in full, and you have forwarded proof of payment, if requested.
The membership cannot be cancelled if there are outstanding fees.
Changing your membership
You can up- or downgrade your membership anytime via your profile at think.dk.
Cancellation of membership
If you want to cancel your membership, you can do this using one of the following options:
- You can approach us personally at the Center
- You can cancel your membership via your profile on think.dk
- You can send us a letter to think.dk, Æbeløgade 4, 2100 København
- You can send an email with the subject ‘membership cancellation’ to firstname.lastname@example.org
In order to terminate your membership, you must at least indicate that you wish to terminate the membership while providing your first name, surname, date of birth and membership number. Your membership number is to be found in your profile on think.dk, under the membership tab.
A termination is valid when you have received a receipt for your termination from think.dk. Your membership will only expire at the end of the calendar month.
Disputes and documentation
If there is any doubt as to whether a membership has been terminated, you as a member must be able to prove that a correct notice has been issued with the date and receipt from the Center or post office.
Upon termination of your membership at the Center, you must sign a receipt for the termination to be registered correctly. You must save your receipt, as it is your proof that the membership has been terminated.
If the member has sent a signed notice by post or via email@example.com, it is the member's own responsibility to ensure that the termination is confirmed by think.dk by mail. The confirmation will be sent to the email address provided to think.dk. It is the member's responsibility that think.dk has the correct contact information, including the correct e-mail, telephone number and address at any time.
Cancel your membership
After the purchase of a membership, you have a 14 days right of withdrawal period with full refund, as long as you have not starting using your membership yet. To make use of the right of withdrawal, please contact think.dk via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Health and personal injury
All events are attended on your own responsibility. A member is responsible for being in a state of health that allows participation in activities at think.dk. think.dk does not accept liability for personal injury to a member as a result of accidents or other visitors' actions or inadequate actions. Moreover, Danish law on compensation is followed in this area.
think.dk is not responsible for loss due to theft or property damage.
Video Recording / Photo Recording
It is not permitted to use think.dk's premises as a location for video or promotional images without prior agreement.
It is not allowed to record or photograph other members without their permission.
