This is lecture #3 of our Holistic Web Development – Programming Course I. The lectures can also be attended individually.

In this event you'll get an introduction to the parentNode tools: Detector, Manipulator, Templator and Janitor – all the tools you'll need to build dynamic websites and services, search engine optimized and accessible to everyone, anywhere, on any device.

You'll learn how the tools work together and why they have been designed the way they are. We'll also look at how this is different from other frameworks in comparison.

And it's finally time to get your hands dirty. But don't worry code washes off hands easily – it does tend to stain your mind, though.

After this event, you will be provided with the means to set up a full parentNode Janitor project on your own computer, given that you have previously installed the development environment as covered in lecture #2.

After the presentation, we will have an open table discussion about the pros and cons of the parentNode framework.

Free for members.
