JavaScript is a incredibly versatile programming language that can be used to add interactivity to websites, build complete application UIs or application logic on both the server- and client side.

In this, the 2nd of our 4 JavaScript lectures, we will expand our understanding of the DOM and DOM manipulation using Manipulator. We will also explore the nature of JavaScript objects more in dept and meet JSON – the JavaScript Object Notation – an object notation standard, that has been adopted by almost all other languages. Finally we will take a first peak at DOM events.

After the presentation we will have an open table discussion about JavaScript.
