Working in a team be super enjoyable or incredibly tedious. In this workshop you will learn what makes the difference and get the knowledge and tools to collaborate and communicate much better!
Through a hands-on exercises you will powerfully experience some of the pitfalls that teams run into. Together we will analyse and learn from that experience, backed up by relevant knowledge about the science behind what makes effective teams. After this workshop, you will be well-equipped to work effectively within any team!
Key Learnings:
Learn to identify the different stages of team development and how to progress to the "performance" stage more smoothly.
